Fox has developed a Web Application called Contrack, a web-based conveyancing and property management application in use by Ngāi Tahu for management of multistage property developments.

Contrack enables property development companies to manage multiple developments, as well as the status of individual stages and lots within those developments from survey, through the consent phase and the various property sale stages until settlement.

FOX designed and developed the application from the ground-up, working alongside both law firm Saunders & Co and their large conveyancing clients, to ensure that Contrack’s interface is perfectly married to the workflows of the end users.
