FOX LIVE^TM (Content Management System)

FOX LIVE^TM is a web-based Content Management System, developed in-house to allow our clients to maintain their own website content without the need for third party software or HTML skills. FOX LIVE^TM provides access to a secure admin area from which site administrators can create and edit content including menus, pages, text, images, documents and other multimedia assets.

Create New Page

This section enables you to create a completely new page for your website. This area uses a WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get) which has a similar interface to Microsoft Word. This enables you to type your own webpage content and see how it will look on the website before it even goes live. This section also includes fields which define:

• Menu Label (front end)
• CMS Label (back end)
• URL (optional)
• Webpage Title (title at the top of the browser window)
• Keywords (for search engines) (optional)
• Description (for search engines) (optional)
• Alternate Text (text which pops up on hover) (optional)

Manage Pages

This section contains information about all of your existing pages including:

• CMS label (name of the webpage)
• Webpage Size
• Date Modified
• Date Created

This section also contains a button which takes you into a area to edit the pages information, like the create page area. Another button allows you to delete the selected page.

Manage Menu

This section allows you to add pages to a menu, delete pages from a menu, shuffle the order of the menu and create a tiered menu easily. This is a very intuitive and user friendly system which anyone can use. It allows you to completely change the content of your website in a very short amount of time.
